Return and Refund Policy

At Accessory Villa, we strive to provide you with the best quality and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Receiving Damaged Products after Delivery (Unboxing Video is must)

Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items on sale
  • Items you didn't like / fit you  

2. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at accessoryvilla2017@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return.
  2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a 3 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, What's App 9176099338 

5. Late / Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
